RETURNS


If you are not completely satisfied with a shop.amazinglashstudio.com purchase or gift for any reason, please review our procedures to obtain a return authorization and pre-paid return label that will allow you to ship your purchase back at no cost to you. Products must be returned in new or gently-used condition. Significantly used products will not be approved for refund. Amazing Lash Studio monitors returns for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to inspection and approval at Amazing Lash Studio’s discretion.


For orders placed while logged into your account:
  1. Log into your account and navigate to My Account - Purchase History.
  2. Find and open the order to see the list of products.
  3. Click Request A Return on the right side of the screen.
  4. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Check your email for your online return process confirmation.
  6. Customer service will email you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
  7. Package up your items securely in a box or padded envelope and apply the printed prepaid return label to your package.

Please allow 30 days for us to receive your items and issue a refund.

Contact customer service for assistance with returns on orders placed by someone else as a gift or using guest checkout.


It can take up to 30 days to receive the returned package and approve it for refund. Once the return transaction is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 24 hours. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refunded transaction.
